How about making a Chinese-style dish with stir-fried bean sprouts? It’s so tempting that I can’t stop eating it! Don’t forget to save the recipe~
■ Ingredients: Minced pork (80g), bean sprouts (380g), garlic (8g)
■ Seasonings: Chili oil (3T), bean paste (1/2T), oyster sauce (1T), rice wine (1T), soy sauce (1/2T), sesame oil (1/2T)
■ Steps to make Chinese-style stir-fried bean sprouts
1. Heat a pan over high heat and add chili oil (3T). Add minced pork (80g) and garlic (8g), chopped finely, and stir-fry until the pork is cooked.
2. Add bean paste (1/2T), rice wine (1T), and soy sauce (1/2T) and stir-fry to combine the flavors.
3. Add bean sprouts (380g) and stir-fry quickly over high heat to remove the excess water and make them crunchy. Stir-frying over high heat also prevents the bean sprouts from having a fishy smell.
4. Add oyster sauce (1T) and stir-fry to coat the bean sprouts and pork with the sauce.
5. Add sesame oil (1/2T) and stir-fry for a final touch of aroma and flavor.
6. Transfer the stir-fried bean sprouts and pork to a serving plate and enjoy.
