1. Remove the stem and finely chop the soaked shiitake mushrooms (25g).

2. Prepare the minced beef (50g) by mixing it with the chopped shiitake mushrooms, brewed soy sauce (1t), sugar (1t), rice wine (1T), and black pepper powder (a pinch).

✔ Use only lean beef with less fat.

3. Heat cooking oil (1t) and sesame oil (2t) in a pot and stir-fry the chopped onion (50g).

✔ Since you need to stir-fry the ingredients and then boil them, it's easier to use a pot from the start.

4. Add the minced garlic (1T) and stir-fry, then add the seasoned beef and stir-fry.

5. Add the pear juice (1/2 cup/100ml) and the red pepper paste (200g) to the stir-fried beef and stir-fry.

✔ If you add the pear juice first, you will get some broth and the red pepper paste will not burn, which is better.

6. Add the chopped green pepper (25g) and stir-fry.

7. After turning off the heat, add sesame oil (1T), honey (1T), pine nuts (1T), sesame seeds (1T), and black sesame seeds (1T) and mix well.

8. Transfer the healthy red pepper paste to a bowl.
