Shredded chicken recipes: What to do with shredded chicken?
1. Shred the boiled chicken breast (240g) into strips for a tender texture.
2. Blanch bean sprouts (100g) for 30 seconds, then cool in water and squeeze out excess moisture to prevent sourness.
3. Trim the chives (50g) and chop them for easier consumption and a softer texture.
4. Thinly slice the purple onion (80g).
5. Remove the fibrous parts of the celery (20g) and slice thinly.
6. Marinate the chicken breast in yuzu syrup (2T) to eliminate any unwanted odors.
