Tell Me You Love Me Ep. 14
Episode 14 of ENA’s “Tell Me You Love Me” kept a steady rating of 1.5% nationwide, similar to its previous episode’s rating.
This episode was full of emotional twists and turns. It also revealed the identity of Jin-Woo's biological mother, who had abandoned him as a baby. Jin-Woo, played by Jung Woo-Sung, is a deaf painter who grew up in an orphanage. He has no clue about his family background.
In a previous episode, an old woman attended Jin-Woo’s solo exhibition and broke down in tears after seeing his paintings. Mo-Eun (Shin Hyun-Been) talked to her that day. And that woman shared her feelings about the paintings. She said that the paintings showed how lonely the painter was and that she could sense his loneliness. The old woman’s reaction touched Mo-Eun.
In episode 14 of Tell Me That You Love Me, Mo-Eun wants to get rid of her doubts about her relationship with Jin-Woo and enjoys his company. They have a good time talking at his place. They look happy and relaxed. Mo-Eun sees an old photo at his place, which shows a woman holding a baby in front of a small house in the countryside.
Mo-Eun asks Jin-Woo about the photo and he says that he was left at the orphanage with this photo. He thinks that the woman is his mother, but he has no information about her. Mo-Eun then leaves and resumes her work for the TV show.
Mo-Eun gets angry again when she sees Jin-Woo talking to his former girlfriend, Seo-Kyung (Kim Ji-Hyun). She storms out and confides in her friend Jo-Han (Lee Jae-Kyoon). The next day, she meets Seo-Kyung to discuss their past with Jin-Woo. The conversation makes Mo-Eun more upset as Seo-Kyung claims that she understands Jin-Woo better than anyone.
At the end of episode 14, Mo-Eun decides to take a short trip by herself. On the way, she gets a call from the old man who previously caused a scene in the art gallery. She meets him and finds out that he is the husband of the woman who cried at Jin-Woo’s exhibition.
The man tells her that his wife has chronic dementia and that she had a previous marriage and a son. Her first husband disappeared and her son was sent to an orphanage. Mo-Eun visits the woman with the old man and learns that her son’s name is Cha Jin-Woo. Mo-Eun realizes that the woman is Jin-Woo’s mother.
The woman also tells Mo-Eun where Jin-Woo was born and gives her the address. Mo-Eun goes there and recognizes the house from the photo she saw at Jin-Woo’s place. She snaps a picture of the house and sends it to Jin-Woo. Jin-Woo compares the photo with the one he has and understands that Mo-Eun has located his birthplace. The episode ends with this cliffhanger.

Between Him and Her Ep. 3
Finally, episode 3 of Channel A’s “Between Him and Her” also stayed consistent with a 0.4% nationwide rating, the same as its previous episode’s rating.
I hate waiting a whole week for each episode. They should just talk to each other honestly and sort out their problems, or they will keep hurting themselves and others. They won't learn from their mistakes if they don't admit them.
They've been together for 7 years (and practically lived as a couple) but can't communicate or share their feelings, wants, and needs with their partner. It's easier to cheat and break up than to speak up about what's wrong?
She did everything for him, from cooking and cleaning to paying the bills, and he took it for granted. She loved him, but she was also to blame because she stayed quiet and let him become a spoiled, useless jerk.
A relationship should be a partnership, not a gamble, where one person acts like a charity and the other like a parasite. Just make him sit down and listen to what she has to say, what she's unhappy about in the relationship. Just let it all out and see what happens, not keep quiet and suffer for years.
