A long-awaited reunion

On the 8th episode, Jung Hyun-sung (Lee Dong-hae) and Han Sung-ok (Lee Seol), who missed each other, finally promised to meet, and an exciting development followed.

Earlier, Sung-ok, who had a phone call with Hyun-sung, couldn’t say anything because of her nervousness. Hyun-sung, who opened his mouth hard in the suffocating silence, greeted her and told her that he was working at a design company. After hanging up the phone, Hyun-sung sent a message to Sung-ok saying that he missed her, and Sung-ok, who looked at his message for a long time, replied that she wanted to meet him after hesitating.

Hyun-sung couldn’t hide his joy as if his tension was relieved. And he revealed his fluttering heart by telling the news of meeting Sung-ok to Oh Min-hyuk (Lim Jae-hyuk) and Kim Hyung-seop (Kim Hyun-mok).

A closure and a conflict

Meanwhile, Ahn Si-hoo (Choi Won-myung), who met a new woman as usual, felt confused when Yuna (Lee Eun-jae) did the same thing he had done in the past. Si-hoo remembered his ex-girlfriend Yoon Yoo-joo (Baek Soo-hee) and wondered about her sincerity, and went to see her and asked, “Why did you do that to me?” and suppressed his rising emotions. Yoo-joo apologized to Si-hoo sincerely, saying that she was too young. 

Si-hoo turned his back on Yoo-joo and asked again, “Yoon Yoo-joo. Did you love me?” When Yoo-joo said that she loved him sincerely, he finally burst into tears, causing pity. Si-hoo, who was hurt by his first love Yoo-joo, learned her sincerity that he had been waiting for, and their relationship came to an end.

On the other hand, Kim Gun-yeop (Yeon Je-hyung) accidentally found out that Sung-ok was going to meet Hyun-sung. Gun-yeop grabbed Sung-ok and asked her to meet him on the day she met Hyun-sung. Sung-ok said that it wouldn’t work, but Gun-yeop’s expression, which seemed to cry at any moment, began to bother her.

At the end of episode 8, Hyun-sung reconnected the couple ring that he had matched with Sung-ok with crystal, and headed to the place where he promised to meet Sung-ok with a fluttering heart, saying, “I’m meeting Sung-ok. I feel like my wandering is over.” Sung-ok, who had a worried face, was waiting for the bus and saw Gun-yeop standing across the street. 

Afterwards, Hyun-sung waited for Sung-ok anxiously, but she didn’t show up even after the time they agreed to meet, His appearance waiting for her was drawn as the ending, making the next episode more curious.
