Episode 3 of "Queen of Divorce" reveals the history of Sa-Ra and Gi-Jun, who used to date before breaking up. Gi-Jun, a former prosecutor, struggles to adjust to Sa-Ra's way of handling a divorce case as the team leader of Solution.

In episode 4, Sa-Ra faces a dilemma when her ex-husband, Yul-Sung, the CEO of Chayul Law Firm, wants to divorce his current wife, Ji-In. Ji-In seeks Sa-Ra's help to get a fair settlement from Yul-Sung, who divorced Sa-Ra without giving her anything.

Yul-Sung plans to run for assemblyman and wants to keep his divorce quiet. He threatens both Sa-Ra and Ji-In to drop the legal case. Ji-In is scared that Yul-Sung has a video of her that could ruin her reputation and her father's political career. However, Sa-Ra and Gi-Jun find out that Yul-Sung is lying and there is no video.

Yul-Sung is under political pressure and wants to finalize the divorce as soon as possible. He orders his men to kidnap Ji-In and force her to sign the papers. But they make a mistake and grab Sa-Ra instead. Sa-Ra and Gi-Jun manage to fight them off and escape.

Meanwhile, the Solution team also helps Ji-In track down her blackmailer, who claims to have the video. One of the Solution members, Dae-Gi, is shocked to see that the blackmailer is his brother. He manages to get the video from him and sever their relationship.

Besides, a new manager, Hee-Jin, joins Solution. She has a secret agenda.

Episode 4 ending: Kang Ki-Young sees Ji-Ah hug another man

At the end of the 4th episode, Dae-Gi leaves with the video and runs into Hee-Jin, who talks to his brother's roommate. Hee-Jin then meets Yul-Sung and tells him that she is working for him as a spy. She shows him a video that he can use to blackmail Ji-In into divorcing him. He watches the video with interest.

Gi-Jun goes to Sa-Ra's house to return her clothes. He hopes to see his ex-girlfriend again, but he is heartbroken when he sees her hugging a man. The man looks like Dae-Gi from his clothes.

Episode 4 of "Queen of Divorce" also shows some romantic moments between Sa-Ra and Gi-Jun. Gi-Jun keeps an eye on Sa-Ra and Yul-Sung to uncover the truth about Yul-Sung's mistress' death.
