The drama concluded with a happy ending, moving toward the resolution of Lee Dong-hae and Lee Seol’s story.

In the final episode, the young, who had been hesitant in love, found their own romances and showed solid growth as they wrapped up the series.

Jeong Hyeon-seong (played by Lee Dong-hae) was announcing brand H.2 at a party when Han Seong-ok (played by Lee Seol), whom he had been eagerly waiting for, appeared, causing his face to harden. An Si-hoo (played by Choi Won-myung), noticing Hyeon-seong’s demeanor, worried about him. Friends wondered if Hyeon-seong and Seong-ok were back in business together.

Amidst this, Hyeon-seong said, “I thought I had forgotten everything, but seeing that person, just as big as before, hurts all over again,” as he looked at Seong-ok, who, when asked by Ryu Eun-jeong (played by Park Jung-hwa) if she was going to work with Hyeon-seong on H.2, firmly replied, “No.”

Recalling the early days of his romance with Seong-ok, a tipsy Hyeon-seong brought up stories from their time as lovers. Seong-ok responded, “Why do you keep bringing that up? Now, after all this time?” as her smile gradually faded.

An emotional Seong-ok told Hyeon-seong, “You’re in every memory, good or bad. Do you think it’s easy to forget someone I’ve been with for 7 years?” and then got up to leave, gathering her things. Hyeon-seong held her back.

It seemed they might finally resolve their long-suppressed longing, but as Seong-ok looked at Hyeon-seong and remembered the past, she ultimately said, “It doesn’t feel right,” and stopped. She left Hyeon-seong to crumble in self-reproach.

Hyeon-seong and Seong-ok, seemingly realizing it was truly time to part, exchanged a light smile and a farewell. This marked the end of their 7-year relationship.

Meanwhile, Oh Min-hyuk (played by Lim Jae-hyuk) and Kim Hye-ryeong (played by Yoon Ye-joo) revealed their relationship to their middle and high school friends. And Si-hoo began a true love with Yoo-na (played by Lee Eun-jae).

Eun-jeong followed the voice of her first love, Im Joon-soo (played by Ahn Jin-ki), heard during a photo shoot meeting at a cafe. And she laughed at the completely different appearance of Joon-soo from the past, realizing that first love is most beautiful when left as a memory.

Kim Hyeong-seop (played by Kim Hyun-mok) also visited a marriage information company to escape being forever single. He met Jang Eun-ji (played by Lee Hwi-seo), whom he considered a perfect match, thinking of the repeated coincidences as fate and feeling the excitement.

At the end of episode 12, Seong-ok created her own brand, and Hyeon-seong was shown leaving his studio full of memories. The two supported each other, promising new love while cherishing shared memories. 6 months later, at the celebration of Seong-ok’s brand launch, Hyeon-seong’s arrival with a cake provided a deeply moving happy ending for us who had hoped for it.
