Here are the top 10 things you should never do if you want to get glowing skin.

When you are younger, you complexion looks fresher and more glowing as a result of natural collagen production and skin exfoliation. The stage such positive things happen the best is when you are under the age of 20. In your 20s, your skin condition is still good with enough care. It becomes worsened when you turn 30. For younger looking skin, make sure you never do or stop doing these below things - the sooner the better.

1. Don't smoke, drink alcohol. The bad habits sure do no good to your skin health, let alone your overall health.

2. Don't take lots of food and drinks high in sugar, salt and fat. They would speed up aging. Instead, never feel guilty for eating a lot of vegetables, fruits and healthy foods.

3. Don't finish your morning skin care without applying sunscreen. No matter what season it is and where you are, sunscreen is always a must. You can also drink green tea, get enough vitamin C, take sun protection pills, wear hats. sunglasses and gloves when going out,  for ultimate skin guarding against harmful UV rays.

4. Don't forget to apply sunscreen for your eyes. More wrinkles will appear around your eyes unless you protect them from the sun damage.

5. Don't forget to take care of your hands, eyes, neck area as well as how you have done to your face. These areas tell a lot about your age. 

6. Don't neglect doing facial stretching exercise - just something simple like filling up your cheeks, lip whistling, or saying 'ma me mi mo mu'. 

7. Don't sleep too late. Otherwise, you will look older the next morning.

8. Don't let cold weather/ temperature dry out your skin. Ensure your skin well-hydrated.

9. Don't drink water too fast.  Sit down and have it SLOWLY. That way helps hydrate your body effectively.

10. Don't forget to smile everyday! It definitely makes you healthier.
