[Jan 1] "Marry My Husband” Starts Off With High Ratings + Recaps

The new year kicked off with the debut of Park Min Young’s much-awaited revenge drama “Marry My Husband” on tvN.

Nielsen Korea reported that the 1st episode of “Marry My Husband” scored an average rating of 5.2% across the nation.

The drama, which is adapted from a hit web novel of the same title, follows the tragic fate of Kang Ji Won (Park Min Young), a dying woman who discovers that her husband Park Min Hwan (Lee Yi Kyung) and her best friend Jung Soo Min (Song Ha Yoon) are cheating on her—and then gets killed by her spouse.

The 1st episode shows how Ji-won discovers her husband's affair with her best friend and how they plan to kill her for her insurance money. She dies after being pushed into a glass table, but wakes up 10 years in the past, with a chance to change her fate. She decides to break up with her husband and invest in stocks, using her knowledge from the future. She also meets her boss, Yoo Ji-hyeok (Na In-woo), who seems to have a different personality than she remembered.

The TV series stays true to the original work. I can't wait to see how Ji-won will find happiness in this new life.~

Tell Me That You Love Me Ep. 11

When it comes to ENA’s “Tell Me That You Love Me” featuring Jung Woo Sung and Shin Hyun Been, it saw a slight drop in its ratings, with an average of 1.6% nationwide. The previous episode had recorded the drama’s highest rating of 2.1%.

I wonder what really caused Jin Woo and Seo Kyung to split up. It looked like Seo Kyung didn't want to be with Jin Woo anymore, but maybe she had another motive. Did Mo Eun overhear Seo Kyung and Do Hoon talking at the end? Will that cause trouble? The next episodes seem to have some drama, which is expected since the show is almost over and everything has been going well.~
