Park Eun Bin is considering taking on a medical drama for the first time in her acting career!
According to STARNEWS on December 6, Park Eun Bin has been offered the main role in the upcoming drama "Hyper Knife" (working title).
Park Eun Bin's agency Namoo Actors confirmed the news and stated, "The actress is currently reviewing the offer [to star in the drama 'Hyper Knife']."
"Hyper Knife" is a medical crime thriller drama that follows the reunion of a doctor and a killer with their mentor who ruined their lives. The drama is written by Kim Seon Hee, who also wrote the webtoon "Bangjungsa" (romanized title) and the OCN original series "God's Quiz: Reboot".
The role that Park Eun Bin is in talks for is Jung Se Ok, a psychotic doctor who is obsessed with studying the human brain and regards human lives as worthless as insects. Jung Se Ok is a genius who entered medical school at the age of 17, but she loses her medical license after being accused of trying to kill her professor Choi Deok Hee.
Sol Kyung Gu was previously reported to be in discussions for the role of Professor Choi Deok Hee in November.
