Korean canned tuna is a common gift for the holidays. But do you know how to use it deliciously? Let me show you how to make a special dish with canned tuna and radish. It's easy and tasty~

■ Main ingredients: 

green onion (45g), radish (350g), canned tuna (100g), onion (80g), kelp water (2 cups/400ml)

■ Seasoning ingredients: 

dark soy sauce (4T), rice wine (3T), oligosaccharide (1T), black pepper powder (a little), soy sauce (2T), red pepper powder (3T), sesame oil (1T)

1. Cut the radish (350g) and onion (80g) into bite-sized pieces.

2. Cut the white part of the green onion (40g) into bite-sized pieces and slice the green part into thin strips.

3. In a pot, add the kelp water (2 cups/400ml), soup soy sauce (2T), soy sauce (4T), rice wine (3T), red pepper powder (3T), black pepper powder (a little), oligosaccharide (1T), and radish. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes to make the soup rich and flavorful.

4. Add the onion, green onion, and canned tuna (100g) and cook for 3 minutes more. You can also add other ingredients to the stew to make it more varied. For example, you can use potatoes instead of radish in summer.

5. Drizzle sesame oil (1T) over the stew and turn off the heat.

6. Serve your Korean canned tuna and radish stew in a bowl and garnish with sliced green onion. If the radish is bitter, you can add some sugar to sweeten it.
