How to forget your crush :))

In the 6th episode, the story picks up with a cliffhanger. Na A-Jeong, played by Jeon Jong-Seo, is running in the rain towards Lee Ji-Han, portrayed by Moon Sang-Min, and nearly falls. Despite his fear of rain from a past event, Ji-Han catches her without worrying about getting wet.

In this episode, Ji-Han is sad because he has feelings for A-Jeong. He tries many ways to forget her, like praying, taking language classes, and avoiding her. The episode also shows a messy meeting between the families of A-Jeong and Lee Do-Han, played by Kim Do-Wan.

Conflicted hearts

Episode 6 starts with Ji-Han confessing in a church about his feelings for A-Jeong, who is engaged to his brother, Do-Han. The priest tells him it’s not wrong to have these feelings.

Ji-Han spends most of the episode trying to forget A-Jeong. He prays, learns new languages, looks for advice online, and exercises, but he can’t stop thinking about her. He keeps spotting her all over the place, and what’s amusing is that it’s not just in his head…

Acceptance?

Meanwhile, A-Jeong worries about Ji-Han getting wet in the rain and texts him, but he doesn’t reply. She realizes he’s ignoring her. Later, she visits Do-Han and Ji-Han’s home to plan her wedding and discuss the upcoming family meeting. Ji-Han avoids her and leaves the room when he sees her.

A-Jeong feels upset when Ji-Han is rude to her. He tells her he won’t come to the family meeting, which makes her sad.

During the family meeting, the differences between the families are clear. Do-Han’s grandfather wants to keep A-Jeong’s identity quiet, which upsets her mother. Ji-Han defends A-Jeong, making her feel better. I liked this scene even more than any romantic one because the emotions were overwhelming.~ It's great to have someone who understand you and is on your side.

After the meeting, A-Jeong’s family leaves, but she stays. At the end of episode 6, A-Jeong and Ji-Han meet, and he seems to have stopped ignoring her. He tells her he accepts her and his brother as a couple. The episode ends with A-Jeong watching Ji-Han walk away.

He’s set on forgetting A-Jeong. When he sought advice, someone suggested he make 1,000 origami cranes and hope to let go. Another recommended strolling along the Deoksugung stone wall to symbolically end things with his crush. And that’s exactly what he did…

The upcoming episode is going to be a blast. The sister will find out about the contract, there’ll be adorable moments between A-Jeong and Ji-Han, and she’ll still be questioning if he’s truly alright with her marrying his brother. Can’t wait to see A-Jeong in a wedding dress!~
