Anchovies are rich in calcium and good for your bones! They are even tastier with a spicy and sweet dressing~ Save this anchovy salad recipe!~
■ Main Ingredients: Anchovies (150g), Green peppers (2), Green onions (35g), Minced garlic (1T), Butter (1/2T), Cooking oil (2T)
■ Seasoning Ingredients: Gochujang (1T), Anchovy fish sauce (1/2T), Plum syrup (1T), Sesame seeds (1T), Red pepper powder (1T), Sugar (1T), Starch syrup (1T), Sesame oil (1T)
■ Anchovy Salad Dressing Cooking Procedure
- Cut the green onions (35g) into thin slices.
- Cut the green peppers (2) into thin strips.
- In a hot pan, stir-fry the anchovies (150g) until crispy, then add cooking oil (1/2T) and butter (1/2T) and stir-fry some more.
- Transfer the anchovies to a plate and let them cool down.
- In the same pan, heat up oil (1 1/2T) and minced garlic (1T) and stir-fry.
- Add the green onions and green peppers and stir-fry until soft. If they start to burn, turn off the heat and cook with the residual heat.
- Add gochujang (1T), anchovy fish sauce (1/2T), plum syrup (1T), sesame oil (1T), and red pepper powder (1T) and mix well.
- Add starch syrup (1T) and sugar (1T) and stir-fry over low heat until the sauce thickens.
- Turn off the heat, add the anchovies, mix well, and sprinkle sesame seeds (1T) on top.
- Put the anchovy salad in a bowl and enjoy!
