Jung Hae In & Jung So Min in Discussions to Lead New Rom-Com from “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” Team

A new drama may feature Jung Hae In and Jung So Min as the main leads!

According to STARNEWS on November 30, Jung So Min received an offer to star in the upcoming drama “Mom’s Friend’s Son” (working title).

Jung So Min’s agency IEUM HASHTAG confirmed, “Jung So Min is considering the offer for ‘Mom’s Friend’s Son’ among other projects.” 

The drama is a romantic comedy about Bae Seok Ryu, a woman who wants to start over her troubled life, and Choi Seung Hyo, the son of her mom’s friend who is the worst memory of Bae Seok Ryu’s life. The director and writer of “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” will be in charge of this drama.

The role of Bae Seok Ryu is reportedly offered to Jung So Min. Jung Hae In is also in talks to play the role of Choi Seung Hyo, the male lead.

The drama aims to start filming as soon as the cast is finalized.
