Kim Tae-ri → Shin Ye-eun Will Fulfill Their Dreams in tvN’s New Drama "Jeong Nyeon"

tvN announced on the 16th that it will adapt the popular Naver web toon "'Jeong Nyeon" into a drama with the same name. The webtoon, which has been praised for its fresh theme and excellent quality, tells the story of Jung Na-ni (Kim Tae-ri), a girl who was born with a single sound and entered the world of women's national drama (a genre of musical theater that was popular in the 1950s, where all roles are played by women) in the aftermath of the Korean War. The drama will start filming soon and aims to air next year.

Kim Tae-ri will play Yoon Jung-nyeon, a pansori prodigy who came to Seoul from Mokpo to pursue her dream of becoming a women's national drama actress.
