A Kiss and a Flashback: Welcome to Samdal-ri Episode 10 Recap

Welcome to Samdal-ri is a JTBC drama that tells the story of Sam-dal and Yong-pil, two former lovers who reunite after eight years. Sam-dal is a photographer and Yong-pil is a weatherman. They broke up because of Yong-pil’s father’s disapproval.

In episode 10, which got an 8.2% rating, Yong-pil and Sam-dal end up working together for a photography competition, where they rekindle their feelings and share a kiss. However, they also face obstacles from Sang-do, a rival photographer who has a crush on Sam-dal, and Sang-tae, Yong-pil's father who still disapproves of Sam-dal.

The episode also explores the subplots of the other characters, such as Mi-ja, Sam-dal's mother who has a heart condition and a secret past with Sang-tae, Hae-dal, Sam-dal's sister who meets a potential love interest, and Dae-young, Yong-pil's friend who is still hung up on his ex-wife Jin-dal. Episode 10 ends with a flashback of how Sang-do witnessed Sam-dal and Yong-pil's romance eight years ago.

Hyo-sim’s New Beginning: Live Your Own Life Episode 29 

Live Your Own Life is a KBS drama that follows Hyo-sim, a fitness instructor who has a hard time balancing her family and her happiness. She meets Kang Tae Ho, a young man who works out at her gym.

In episode 29, which got a 16.2% rating, Hyo-sim decides to change her life after meeting Kang Tae Ho. She stands up to her abusive husband and her demanding mother-in-law. She also pursues her dream of becoming a fitness trainer. She and Kang Tae Ho grow closer and start a relationship.

Betrayal: My Happy Ending Episode 2 Recap

My Happy Ending is a TV Chosun drama that follows Jae-Won, a successful businesswoman who has a lot of problems in her personal life. She thinks that her husband, Soon-Young, is cheating on her with her best friend, Yoon-Jin, who also works for her. She also finds out that her father, who she doesn’t trust, gave an apartment to Yoon-Jin. She hires a former detective, Tae-Joo, to investigate her father and her employee, Teo, who she suspects of trying to kill her. She also has a traumatic memory of almost drowning as a child.

In episode 2, which got a 2.3% rating, Jae-Won confronts her husband, her friend, and her father about their lies. She also works with Tae-Joo to find out more about her father and Teo. She also has flashbacks of her near-death experience in the ocean. The episode ends with her seeing her husband, her daughter, and Yoon-Jin at the apartment and crying.

Seeum’s Collapse: Maestra: Strings of Truth Episode 8 Recap

Maestra: Strings of Truth is a tvN drama that follows Seeum, a conductor who is obsessed with her orchestra and may have a mysterious illness.

In episode 8, which got a 5.0% rating, Seeum finds out that she has memory loss and hallucinations, which could be symptoms of Remington’s disease, a deadly disease that affects musicians. She gets a blood test, but she has to wait a month for the results.

Seeum also tries to save her orchestra, Hanphil, by bringing back the members and agreeing to a documentary with her ex-husband Phil, who is a reporter. She announces her divorce to create a buzz and draw attention to the orchestra.

Phil, however, knows that Seeum doesn’t remember their last meeting, where he gave her the divorce papers. He thinks that she has Remington’s and taunts her to step down from the stage.

The episode ends with Seeum passing out during her show, after seeing her dead mother and Bongju, a violinist who died of a drug overdose. The police find a knife with Seeum’s blood near Bongju’s body, making her a suspect.
